• Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
• Products damaged due to customer misuse
• Items returned without original packaging
Replacement Process
• Approved replacements will be shipped within 2–3 business days
• No additional shipping cost for eligible replacements
Refunds
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after product inspection
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method
